im back bitches!!!! and i came with another heater. Morning noon and night. This album. HEAT!!!! This joint for the most part is funky, but it definitely has its sweet soul moments. Highlights include "time" which my real heads are going to be familiar with. Moving down the line is another banger that i fuck wit heavy. This joint kind of reminds me of some creative source shit. I am a huge fan of windy city this whole entire album is a classic, but i chose this track because it is one of my favorites. This album is full of Sam Dees covers. Friends Of Distinction - And I Love Him

This is a classic friends of distinction track and a personal favorite from mine from the 1969 album entitled "Grazin". For those who are unfamiliar with friends of distinction they are one of the most likeable and vocally cohesive singing groups of the late 60s and early 70s, the Friends of Distinction are too often forgotten in retrospectives of that era, but their music has continued to live on. Formed by Harry Elston, Floyd Butler, Jessica Cleaves and Barbara Love in 1968, the group had a relatively short life in its original incarnation, but made some of the most memorable pop/soul music of all time.
